Thank you for shopping with DAI YUNG. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our production timelines, shipping estimates, and international terms.

1. Made-to-Order Production

All of our products are custom-made individually once your order is placed. Because we produce items on demand to ensure top quality and reduce waste, orders require dedicated manufacturing time before they are handed off to the shipping carrier.

Production & Handling Time: 4 to 7 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your item has completed production and passes quality inspection, it is packaged and dispatched for delivery.

2. Shipping & Estimated Delivery Times

Total delivery time equals Production Time (4–7 business days) + Transit Time.

Note: Delivery windows are estimates and may occasionally vary during peak holiday seasons, severe weather events, or postal carrier delays.

3. Order Tracking

As soon as your order completes production and ships, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier link. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update in the carrier’s system once the label is generated.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For all international orders shipped outside the United States:

Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU): International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, value-added taxes (VAT), and administrative handling fees levied by the destination country.
Customer Responsibility: All applicable customs fees, duties, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are collected directly upon delivery or pickup.
Refused Shipments: If an international package is refused, returned to sender, or abandoned due to unpaid customs charges, there will be no refunds for products or any associated fees

5. Address Accuracy & Order Changes

Please verify that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Because orders enter our automated production workflow quickly, address modifications can only be made within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
